Pre-Sale Upgrade Membership – Q&A
We will suspend your current membership for the duration of your pre-sale upgrade so that you don’t have two active memberships at the same time. Once your pre-sale membership ends, your original subscription will be automatically reactivated.
Your pre-sale upgrade membership will activate on November 13th, so you can start booking classes as soon as the new location opens.
No. We will automatically suspend your current membership for the duration of your pre-sale upgrade to avoid any overlap.
No. To book classes at the new location, you’ll need to upgrade to the pre-sale membership. With the pre-sale membership, you’ll enjoy access to both locations.
The pre-sale membership is a one-time offer. It will automatically expire once your 3- or 6-month period ends.
No. According to our policy, early cancellation is not possible. You will need to complete the full 3- or 6-month period, after which your membership will automatically expire.
If you are unable to train due to illness, please send us a doctor’s certificate at info@luckypunch-boxing.com, and we will pause your membership accordingly.
