When do you feel lucky? 
When I am surrounded by the people I love and cherish. Spending time with the people I love is the greatest gift for me and makes me feel very lucky to have them in my life

What do you love about boxing?
For me it is the perfect sport, the perfect balance between cardio and strength training and most importantly the way it makes me feel. Boxing makes me feel strong and powerful. The feeling after a boxing class is like no other

What is your teaching style? 
Very energetic, maybe a little bit of a drill Sargent, don’t be scared I’m nice I promise 😂 I want you to get the most out of your workout and make you feel like you really pushed yourself. Most importantly, I want you to be unapologetically yourself this is the place to let go of all those roles we tend to play on a daily basis, just come as you and have fun!

Favorite moment at Lucky Punch
There are too many but one of the most recent ones is most definitely the flashmob. Our community is absolutely incredible!
