We’re taking group fitness to the next level.
Powered by music, we’re bringing you a full body workout like no other. 600 of you will sweat it out for 60 minutes at the iconic Swiss Life Arena; working through 3 stations, with 20 minutes on each. Expect big punches, big beats and even bigger vibes. A Sweat Together ticket gets you access to your chosen workout session- sessions start at 10am and 12pm, choose at checkout.

This is the ultimate summer day rave.
Embrace the festival energy with a line up of international DJs playing into the night. Explore activations from our sponsors like Evian, ON Running and Nocco. Plus food + drink stations for you to refuel so you can party into the night with our iconic Lucky Punch community. A Dance Together Ticket will grant you access to the festival from 3pm for the Day Dance.
Dream Together.
Take on the whole experience with our full day combination Dream Together Ticket. Choose your workout time at checkout. Sessions start at 10am and 12pm. This ticket also includes access to our Day Dance from 3:00pm. Immerse yourself in the Lucky vibes, first you sweat, then you party. Showers and changing facilities will be provided so you can go from post-workout to party real quick.
AARMY SESSION WITH #1 FITNESS COACH AKIN
We’re taking community fitness to the next level with global fitness sensation Akin Akman. Challenge mind and body with an AARMY session that will get your heart pumping, energy flowing and set you up for an unbelievable day. This our inaugral Fitness + Music Festival. We’re taking over the iconic Swiss Life Arena for a day of energizing workouts, electrifying music and amazing brands. Set on the terrace of the Swiss Life Arena, this event combines fitness, fun, and phenomenal music to create an unforgettable summer experience.
The festival will take place on August 1, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Swiss Life Arena in Zurich. This is the first time ever a fitness + music festival will be taking place at this location!
We’re taking group fitness to the next level, all powered by some amazing music. 600 of you will sweat it out in our morning workout sessions, then when the clock hits 3:00pm we’re turning the terrace of the Swiss Life Arena into the ultimate Day Dance. Join us for a workout session or the day dance – or if you want to soak up all of the Lucky Vibes get a full day ticket that includes access to the workout and the day dance. Pre-book your workout time at checkout.
Powered by music, and our unique Lucky Punch headphones, 600 of you will sweat for 20 minutes on each station guided by some of the best trainers in the game. We’ll provide headphones, matts and equipment so just bring your water bottle and lucky vibes. You’ll need to select which session you want to join when you book your ticket.
We’ll have local DJs playing throughout the day, then a amazing line up of international DJs playing well into the night – be sure to bring your dancing shoes.

The festival is open to all ages, but participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Bring comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, and your festival spirit! Workout headphones and equipment will be provided for the fitness sessions. Changing facilities are available on site so you can shower post-workout and get ready for the Day Dance.
The festival will adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Details on specific safety protocols will be provided closer to the event date.
