First time? We got you.

First, you choose if you want to start on the bag or on the floor. During pre-class, we break down each of the 6 punches and the class format, so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.

WARM UP

Ass down, mood up!

Before we get to work, we’ll run through a cardio-fueled warm up.

3 ROUNDS

Glove up — it’s go time.

Three rounds of boxing on the bags:
You’ll put the 6 punches to work, and throw combos that are simple to follow (but still make you feel like Rocky).

Between each boxing round, you’ll catch your breath with an active recovery.

3 ROUNDS

Switch sides — you’ll hit the floor for strength and conditioning using dumbbells, kettlebells, bootybands and your bodyweight. (all while keeping that heart rate).
Between each floor round, you’ll sneak in a quick active recovery.

2 ROUNDS

Back to the bags for two more intense rounds of cardio — including the famous FINAL ROUND

2 ROUNDS

You’ve come so far. Don’t give up on those finisher touches. Arms, abs, ass! We are about to let it all out on the bags.
