We’ve created an underground space where you can let it all out on the bag, a space where we’re inviting you to come as you are and embrace the energy.

THE WORKOUT EXPERIENCE
This is your time to switch off and level up. Lucky Punch is a place where the modern world meets an underground environment.
Beat the stress and let it all out on the bag. 60 minutes of you vs you. You’ll work through rounds on the bag, punching through combos to the beat, then you’ll switch over to the floor where you’ll work through some serious strength moves using dumbbells.
Boxing
Whether you’ve never put on boxing gloves before or you’re a regular, it doesn’t matter. Let our Hero coaches take you through powerful combos as you sweat it out to big beats under the glow of laser lights. Are you ready to throw your lucky punch?
STRENGTH
In between your rounds on the bag you’ll switch to the floor where you’ll find a full range of weights, to get you sculpted and strong. Expect some big dumbbell movements combined with bodyweight exercises to get your heart pumping.
Lucky Vibes
This is what makes a Lucky Punch workout so unique. Before the session you’ll be given the signature LP headphones so you can get in the zone. Our Heroes curate playlists to bring the vibes, energy and keep you motivated throughout the session.
