As the host at Lucky Punch’s boutique studio, you will be the face of the business and the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all who enter our studio. This is a key position in our business, as the host has a direct impact on the client experience, satisfaction, and retention.
– Greet and check-in clients for classes and appointments with a warm and friendly demeanor
– Provide clients with information about our services, classes, and packages, as well as answer any questions they may have
– Handle email inquiries, provide support and assistance to clients as needed
– Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including the reception area, changing rooms and equipment
– Manage the retail section of the studio, including inventory, merchandising, and sales
– Coordinate with the trainers and other staff to ensure seamless operations
– Handle client feedback and complaints in a professional and efficient manner and provide solutions to resolve issues
– Process payments, manage client accounts, and maintain accurate records
– Perform other duties as assigned by the studio manager

– At least one year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships with clients and staff
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
– Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
– Passion for fitness and a willingness to learn about boxing and other aspects of our services
– Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software such as Glofox, MindBody, Excel, Word and E-Mail Programms
