When do you feel lucky?
At 06:30, starting my day with like-minded people who choose to bet on themselves before life happens—sharing the energy, the discipline, and the power in every punch.

What do you love about boxing?
I fell in love with boxing at 13 and became Swedish Junior Champion at 16. What hooked me wasn’t just the sport itself, but the confidence it gave me, the rawness, the release, the expressiveness in every move. And I love how the practice evolves as you grow—it always meets you where you are.

What is your teaching style?
Confidence. Empowerment. Trust. Play. I use the beat of the music to guide your body, so your mind can let go while your body does the work. I’ll always hold the belief in your strength, light, and power—even when you don’t feel it yourself—until the day you fully claim it. Because boxing isn’t just a workout; it’s an intimate connection between you and you.

When I’m coaching I will 100% say

“What I instruct is an invitation, nothing is a must. Trust your body more than my words.”

Favorite moment at Lucky Punch
It’s always the connections. Hearing stories about how boxing has shifted people’s lives for the better—those wow-moments never get old.

What type of music do you play?
A wild mix: old school R&B, house, techno, afro.

What nobody knows about you
I haven’t read the news or owned a TV since 2008.
