TEAM EVENTS
What do we need to bring?
Just your workout clothes! We’ll provide gloves, wraps, towels, and everything else you need for the session.
How does invoicing work?
Once your date and time are confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice. Payment is due 5 days before the event. Please note: unpaid sessions will be automatically cancelled, and we do not offer refunds.
Do you have showers and changing rooms?
Yes! Both studios have clean, fully equipped changing rooms with private shower cabins, so your team can freshen up comfortably (no awkward moments). Towels and toiletries are included.
How do we book a team event?
Simply fill out the request form. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your date. After that, just show up and enjoy the experience—we’ll take care of the rest!
Can we book your space for a private event?
Yes! We open up our space to host your event, although limited to events at night. Contact us using the contact form to get in touch.
CORPORATE BENEFITS PROGRAM
How do bookings work for employees?
Your company purchases a set number of credits and shares a corporate login with employees. They can then book sessions directly. You’ll receive a monthly report showing attendance and remaining credits.
How does credit purchasing work?
Select a package that fits your needs and we’ll send an invoice. Once payment is received, the credits will be added to your account and can be used immediately.
How does Lucky Punch support internal communication?
We’ll help you get the word out! Our Zurich studio manager will provide tailored communication tips and materials to ensure employees are informed and motivated to join.
How long are the credits valid?
All single credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Credits in 3 month and 6 month packages are valid on a monthly basis. Eg. A 3 month package with 30 credits gives you 30 credits valid for 1 month, renewed every month for 3 months.
